CK333 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and CK333 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). Access to and use of the CK333 website, mobile application, betting section, slot games, live casino and any other features offered by CK333 is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms.

By clicking "Register", completing account setup or using any CK333 service, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

CK333 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

02 Eligibility

To register and use CK333 you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. CK333 does not permit minors to register, deposit or participate in any game or betting activity.
• You must be the person whose details are submitted during registration. Creating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not already hold a registered and active CK333 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing bets or playing games.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with CK333 or any request to stop gambling that is currently active.

CK333 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending the provision of required documentation. Any winnings accumulated on an unverified account may be withheld until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — will be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals on the duplicate account may be forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. CK333 uses this information to manage your account, process payments and communicate with you. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• Keep your username and password confidential at all times. Do not share login credentials with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your CK333 account, whether by you or anyone who accesses your account using your credentials.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact CK333 support immediately via live chat.
• CK333 will never ask for your full password by email, chat or any other channel.

Account balances are held in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). CK333 does not charge account maintenance fees. Inactive accounts — those with no login or transaction activity for an extended period — may be subject to an inactivity review process, details of which will be communicated before any action is taken.

04 Deposits & Payments

CK333 supports deposits in PKR through a range of payment methods commonly used in Pakistan. Supported options currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may change; always check the Cashier section of your account for the current list.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Depositing funds from a payment method registered to another person is not permitted and may result in the suspension of your CK333 account and the reversal of the deposit. This rule applies equally to JazzCash numbers, Easypaisa accounts, bank accounts and cards.

• Deposits reflect in your CK333 wallet promptly after confirmation through your payment method.
• CK333 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.
• Deposits that fail to reflect after the expected processing time should be reported to support with proof of payment.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. For example, if your last deposit was made via JazzCash, your withdrawal will be processed to the same JazzCash account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of payment channels.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity must be verified. CK333 may request documentation to confirm your name, date of birth and payment account ownership before releasing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be satisfied before the bonus-related portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.
• Your withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal limit shown in your account Cashier.
• Your account must be in good standing with no open disputes, chargebacks or fraud investigations.

CK333 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of pending requests. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than Bank Transfer requests. CK333 does not impose unnecessary delays on legitimate withdrawal requests.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

CK333 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term takes precedence for that offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits for each bonus are stated in the individual offer terms.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device and per payment account unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• CK333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at its discretion, provided that players who have already accepted and are actively working through wagering requirements are given reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using irregular betting patterns to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.

Players who prefer to deposit and play without bonus funds may opt out of bonuses before making a deposit. Once a bonus has been credited and play has begun, it cannot be removed without forfeiting the bonus amount along with any winnings generated from it.

07 Betting Rules

The CK333 Sports Betting section covers Cricket — including Pakistan international matches, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 World Cup and domestic tournaments — as well as Football, Esports and other sporting events. All bets are placed in PKR.

• A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Do not assume a bet has been placed until this confirmation appears.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance, except where a specific cash-out or edit-bet feature is available for that market.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet.
• CK333 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match fixing, result manipulation or any other form of corruption affecting the outcome.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods — for example between overs in a cricket match. Bets placed or accepted during a suspension period may be voided.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are shown at the point of bet placement.

In the event of a dispute about the settlement of a bet, the official result published by the relevant governing body — such as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket — will be used as the definitive reference. CK333's decision on bet settlement, made after review of the official result, is final.

08 Casino & Slot Games

CK333 offers slot games, live casino tables, bingo and other game formats. All games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealing by trained dealers. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published in the game's information panel.

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG and are independent of previous results. Past outcomes have no influence on future spins or hands.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection, display error or game freeze — the hand or spin may be voided and your stake returned, or the round may be reconstructed from server logs. CK333's technical determination is final.
• Jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and reflect the value at the time of the last update. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to play games on your behalf is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

09 Player Conduct

CK333 expects all players to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner when using the platform, including any live chat, support ticket or community feature. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Abusive, threatening or harassing language directed at CK333 staff, live dealers or other players.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes to gain an advantage.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers or other tools to misrepresent your location or identity.
• Any form of money laundering or using CK333 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses or evade a self-exclusion.

Violation of conduct rules may result in warnings, suspension of betting or gaming privileges, temporary account freeze or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach. CK333 may share information about serious conduct violations with relevant payment providers or authorities where required by law.

10 Privacy & Data

CK333 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

• Your personal information is stored securely and is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes outside of what is necessary to operate the platform and process payments.
• Payment data such as JazzCash numbers, bank account details and card numbers are handled through encrypted channels and are not stored in plain text.

12 Account Termination

Either you or CK333 may close an account. If you wish to close your account, please contact support via live chat. Any verified balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus forfeitures.

CK333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering or criminal activity linked to the account.
• Confirmed identity as a minor (under 18 years of age).
• Duplicate account creation or circumvention of a self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited. Balances from legitimate play that are unrelated to the breach will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

13 Limitation of Liability

CK333 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and game integrity, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available continuously and free of all errors. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages or third-party service disruptions may affect availability.

• CK333 is not liable for losses arising from internet connection failures, device malfunctions or disruptions outside our direct control that affect your ability to place bets or complete game rounds.
• CK333 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses including lost profits or opportunity costs.
• In cases of technical error resulting in an incorrect payout — whether overpayment or underpayment — CK333 reserves the right to correct the error. Overpayments credited to your account in error may be recovered from your balance.

Nothing in these Terms limits CK333's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Changes to Terms

CK333 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — CK333 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform or by email.

Your continued use of the CK333 platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
